Bigger reverse differential ratio and floating foot, which slides back and forth in accordance with movement of feed dogs, prevents puckering even on side seaming of tricot. Light pressure of Floating presser foot minimizes damage of material.

Beim Nähen von Seitennähten an Trikot-Bekleidungsteilen verursacht die zusammengezogene Naht immer wieder Kopfzerbrechen. Eine andere Schwierigkeit ist die ungleiche Fertiggröße, wenn sich der Stoff einrollt. Diese Maschine schließt beide Probleme aus.

Der exklusive Transportmechanismus und der Schwimmfuss, welcher sich synchron zum Untertransport vor- und rückwärts bewegt, stellen sicher, dass die obere Stofflage sich nicht gegen die untere Stofflage verschiebt. Die UB6 Entroll-Einrichtung entrollt Innen- und Außen- Einrollungen des Stoffes. Le mécanisme exclusif de l’entraînement et le pied « flottant », qui glisse dans les deux sens (avant et arrière) facilitent l’alimentation du pli supérieur du tissu, sans à-coups et permetent une meilleure alimentation du tissu.
Le système UB6 : dispositif de débouclage, aplati les enroulements du bord du tissu vers l’intérieur ou l’extérieur. En plus, ce dispositif joue le rôle de guide bord du tissu, de sorte que la marge de rasage du tissu devienne plus uniforme, tout en réduisant au minimum la perte de matière.

En la costura lateral de prendas usando tricot, el arrugado siempre es un problema. Otro inconveniente es el tamaño de acabado inestable causado por los bordes curvados del género.
Esta máquina elimina ambos problemas. Su sistema de alimentación exclusivo y su “pata prensatela flotante”, que se desliza hacia adelante y hacia atrás, ayuda a que la capa superior del género se alimente suavemente y mejora la alimentación general. Asimismo su dispositivo de prevención de doblado UB6, aplana las curvaturas tanto del interior como del exterior. Aún más este dispositivo juega otro papel como guia canto del género, de forma que el márgen de corte es más uniforme y se minimiza el desperdicio. Este conjunto mejora la calidad de las prendas acabadas y ahorra coste de material.

Questa macchina elimina entrambi i problemi grazie al sistema esclusivo di griffe ed al “piedino flottante” che si muovono avanti e indietro ed aiutano l’alimentazione della parte superiore del tessuto. Anche il dispositivo UB6, per prevenire l’arricciatura dell’orlo, risulta molto utile per appiattire sia la parte interna sia quella esterna del tessuto e come guida, in modo che il margine di taglio sia più uniforme minimizzando gli scarti. Questi sistemi accrescono la qualità del prodotto e diminuiscono il costo del materiale.

Сморщивание остается одной из основных причин для “головной боли” при пошиве трикотажных изделий. Aроме того, другой частой причиной для “головной боли” являются ткани, имеющие тенденцию к скручиванию срезов, и как следствие нестабильные окончательные размеры после пошива. Эта машина устраняет обе причины. Машина оборудована специальным механизмом продвижения и оснащена “Плавающей Прижимной Лапкой”, перемещение которой назад и вперед, происходит в соответствии с движением двигателей ткани. Это позволяет обеспечить равномерную подачу ткани, отсутствие сдвижения слоев и образования морщин, особенно при выполнении длинных швов на большой скорости. Кроме того, UB6 - устройство для выпрямления скрученных срезов трикотажных тканей обеспечивает выпрямление как внутрь, так и наружу шва. К тому же, это устройство играет роль направителя края ткани, что обеспечивает более однородную ширину при его обрезке и минимизирует отход ткани. Совокупность этих преимуществ позволяет улучшить качество и ценность готовых изделий и уменьшить расход ткани.
